It's Finally Here! Weight Loss that WORKS! Really!

Would you like to lose 20-25 pounds in a month? And keep it off? 
Without killing yourself at the gym?
Without any drugs cooked up in a lab?
Without drinking diet shakes and diet bars that taste horrible?

I know there are so many websites that promise that they have the answer. I've been to a lot of them, and I've used their products and time after time they fail. Sure, they sometimes work a bit, but I always gained the weight back, plus an extra 10. Or 20.

But now, I’ve come across something that has worked so well that I have to share it with my patients.  The 1st month I did this diet, I lost 40 pounds.  Yes, I said that right. 40! I’ve just started the second round, and I’ll keep updating this file to keep it current. It’s been 9 days, and I’ve lost an additional 17.4 pounds.

 It’s almost unbelievable, except that I see the progress daily on the scale and in the mirror. And, I feel great!  I’m not hungry, the diet is easy to do, and I’ve got lots of energy.

I had some patients start this with me. Of course, they had a lot less weight to lose than me, but their results have been just as astounding.

And it just keeps getting better.  Every single person that I put on this diet, loses weight.  Dramatically! That’s why I had to offer it up to all my practice.

Like many people, I've struggled with my weight ever since I was a kid. And back in the 70s, it was pretty rare to see a fat kid, so the teasing was unmerciful. The sad truth is, that there are more fat kids than skinny kids now, but that not really the point. I have done all the diets, exercise programs, herbs, you name it. Well, ok, I didn't take too many pharmaceuticals; I've always leaned towards being as natural as possible. But always, they didn't live up to the hype.

And, instead of thinking that maybe there's something wrong with their approach, I usually assumed it was just me. Because I just couldn't stick with it. They were too hard, the eating plan too stringent, too much effort, etc.  Sure, I could keep it up for a month or two, or even 6, but I never saw the results that I wanted, and sure enough, one slip-up would lead to another, and I was back to eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's before bed. Anyone remember Rainforest Crunch? That was my favorite.

Even when I was in school to become a naturopathic doctor, I was pretty embarrassed by my weight.  I mean, who ever heard of a fat naturopath?  Actually, there are a number that are a bit overweight and are fantastic doctors, so this is not a dig at them-they are human too, but rather these were the thoughts that would go through my head. I looked around and most of the other students were 20-something, skinny, athletic, and beautiful.  So, I thought here must be the answer, eating a clean healthy diet and plenty of exercise.  And in a way it is, It's absolutely the best way to maintain once you are at a healthy weight. But how do you get to a healthy weight. That's always been the problem for me.

I’m sure you all can’t wait for me to continue with my story, and I’ll probably pick it up again in a bit.  But, for those of you that want to know the meat of this weight loss program, here goes. 

Here’s the deal:

I found something that has worked so incredibly well for me, that I’m not waiting until I’m back to my “perfect” body before I absolutely had to offer this to my patients.  When I first read about it, I was so skeptical, so pessimistic that I didn’t do anything with the information for more than a year.  Now, I’m kicking myself.

It’s actually very simple. Eating less.  And I mean a lot less.  But here’s the trick, I’m using a natural, safe hormone, Human Chorionic Gonadotropen, HCG,  along with the reduced calorie diet. And it’s the HCG that makes this so easy, that almost anyone can follow the diet.

  • And not feel hungry.
  • Not feel deprived.
  •  Have great energy.

Yep, no kidding. Background information:

The man that brought this almost miraculous weight loss to us is Dr. A. T. W. Simeons, MD.  A British doctor that practiced in Rome and treated thousands of patients with HCG.  Here’s a link to his book, Pounds and Inches: A new Approach to Obesity.  It’s free, a simple read,  and has amazing information about how HCG works, and how such a simple hormone can help anyone lose weight, and keep it off.

There’s another book out there that has some great biographical information on Dr Simeon, and why HCG hasn’t really hit mainstream markets.  I don’t always agree with everything in the book, but it’s certainly worth the read. It’s The Weight Loss Cure, by Kevin Trudeau.  You can find it at Amazon.com or practically any bookstore.

So here’s the deal, not all of us are movie stars or millionaires:

I really want to offer this to as many people as possible.  Trendy spas and weight loss clinics offer HCG for really high prices.  After all, it’s been the weight loss secret of the rich and famous for generations. And they don’t really think anything of spending thousands of dollars to shed the pounds. But that’s just not attainable for most people.

And before you start thinking even this price is high, let’s do a quick thought experiment.
How much do you pay a week for eating out, fast food, periodic treats, trips to Starbucks, and all the food you buy for the house?  I used to spend lots. At least $200-$400 a week (depending on how much I ate out). Yeah, between $800 and $1200 a month just for food. Wow!  When I’m on the diet, I only spend between $50 -$70 and the most was $90 (but everything is organic and I didn’t mind splurging on lamb and anything else that I wanted). So, even if I treated myself, I’m paying between $200-$360 a month for food.  So, talk about some savings!
